Amit Chaudhery has spent over three decades at the intersection of Corporate Reputation Management, Leadership Communications, Media Strategy, and Public Diplomacy. Since 1990, he has advised Indian and multinational organisations across healthcare, building materials, management consulting, consumer technology, direct selling, and tobacco—shaping issue-led business communication and public affairs in complex, high-stakes environments. His experience spans global expert groups, Government of India committees, and institutional ethics boards, supported by extended Board service with the International Association of Business Communicators (India). At Pomelo , Amit brings a reputation-driven, leadership-focused lens that strengthens how organisations articulate purpose, trust, and culture.
At Pomelo Employer Branding, Amit augments the Employer Branding function by embedding corporate reputation intelligence into EB strategy. He ensures leadership narratives, culture stories, and talent communication remain aligned with organisational purpose, stakeholder expectations, and narrative integrity—crucial for brands in regulated or sensitive sectors. His approach connects enterprise reputation with employee experience, integrating corporate messaging, public affairs, media visibility, and people strategy into a unified employer brand framework. Drawing from his depth in CSR, sustainability, and social equity, Amit also strengthens purpose-led and impact-driven narratives that resonate with modern talent, enabling employer brands to become more credible, meaningful, and future-ready.
